Frank E. Guenzel, 64, of Plumsteadville, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully on July 5, 2026.
Born on February 2, 1962, in Doylestown, Pennsylvania, Frank was the beloved son of Eric and Christa Guenzel. He lived a life defined by humor, creativity, and a strong work ethic, and will be remembered most for the deep love he had for his family and friends.
Frank dedicated much of his life to his craft as an autobody technician and a highly talented painter, working for many years at Seeger Auto Body and later at Advanced Stair Systems. He took great pride in his work and the skill he brought to everything he did. Beyond his career, Frank was a devoted member of DelVal Fish and Game and found his greatest joy in the outdoors. He loved camping, hunting, and fishing, and cherished the simple, meaningful moments—gathering around a campfire, attending annual gun club picnics, and sharing time with those he loved.
Frank is survived by his loving wife of 36 years, Judy Guenzel; his mother, Christa Guenzel; his brother, Steve (Bonnie) Guenzel; his sister, Birgit (Edward) Williams; his stepson, Josh Trappler; and his daughter, Cecily (Chris) Figueroa. He was a proud grandfather to Jayden, Peyton, and Paisley Trappler, and Audrey Figueroa. He also leaves behind many in-laws, nieces, nephews, and dear friends who will carry his memory in their hearts. He was preceded in death by his father, Eric Guenzel.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 12noon on Sunday, August 2, 2026, at Del-Val Fish & Game. In Frank’s honor, the family kindly asks that donations be made to Del-Val Fish & Game.
Though he is no longer with us, Frank’s love, lessons, and spirit will live on in all who had the privilege of knowing him.
